Olive Spread and Roasted Pepper Hummus

 

Olive Spread Ingedients:

Black olives from the salad bar, minced.  I like Kalamata.

1 Clove of garlic, minced

1 teaspoon of olive oil 

1/4 of a lemon juice

 

Roasted Pepper Hummus:

1 can of chickpeas or Garbanzo beans

2 peppers

1 clove of garlic

1 tablespoon of Tahini

salt, to taste

pepper, to taste

Paprika, to taste

1/2 lemon juice
