Roberto was born in Milan, Italy. From an early age he shared two passions, music and food. He used to watch his mom and dad cook as a child and then offer to try and cook the same meal the following days. As he moved to the US, he kept cooking for himself and friends and eventually was known for some of his recipes, such as salmon, chicken, zucchine and more.
