Pea Spread

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of peas
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • Olive Oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Focaccia

    The Dough:

    • 3 cups of flour
    • 1 1/4 cup of warm water (not hot)
    • 1 package of dry instant yeast
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tblsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    Toppings:

    • Tomato Sauce
    • Olives
    • Prosciutto
    • Mozzarella
    • Anything you want, just like pizza!!

    Guacamole

    Guacamole (Easy):

    1 Avocado

    Salsa

    Salt

    Guacamole (Full Recipe):

    1 Avocado

    1/4 red Onion

    1 Clove of Garlic

    1 Tomatoe

    1 1/2 teaspoon Lime Juice

    Olive Oil

    Salt

    Caprese and Feta Salad

    Caprese:

    Mozzarella

    Tomatoes

    Fresh Basil

    Olive Oil

    Red Wine Vinnegar

    Salt

    Feta Salad:

    Feta Cheese

    Cherry Tomatoes

    Beets and Hummus


    Beets:

    Beets

    Garlic Onions (if you like to, cut whatever size you like)

    Salt Pepper

    1 tablespoon olive oil

     

    Beets Hummus:

    1-2 beets 1 can of chickpeas or Garbanzo beans

    2 peppers

    1 clove of garlic

    1 tablespoon of Tahini

    salt, to taste

    pepper, to taste

    Paprika, to taste

    1/2 lemon juice

    Olive Spread and Roasted Pepper Hummus

     

    Olive Spread Ingedients:

    Black olives from the salad bar, minced.  I like Kalamata.

    1 Clove of garlic, minced

    1 teaspoon of olive oil 

    1/4 of a lemon juice

     

    Roasted Pepper Hummus:

    1 can of chickpeas or Garbanzo beans

    2 peppers

    1 clove of garlic

    1 tablespoon of Tahini

    salt, to taste

    pepper, to taste

    Paprika, to taste

    1/2 lemon juice

    Pasta with Tomato Sauce and Bruschetta

    Tomato Sauce:

    1/4 Onion
    1 Clove or more of garlic, minced
    1 Can Tomatoes, whole or crushed
    Pasta, to taste
    Olive Oil

    Bruschetta:

    Bread, sliced
    Garlic clove
    Salt
    Tomatoes sliced
    Extra virgin olive oil
