Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 cup cooked salmon
  • 1/4 cup bread crums
  • pinch of salt
  • parsley
  • 1/2 cup pistacchios
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Sea Bass and Couliflower Mashed Potatoes

    Sea Bass:

    3 Sea Bass’s

    2 Potatoes

    1-2 Cloves of Garlic

    1 Lemon

    Rosemary

    Olive Oil

    Salt

    Pepper

    Couliflower Mashed Potatoes:

    3 Potatoes

    1/2 Head of Couliflower

    1/2 Cup of Milk (or to desired consistency)

    Olive Oil or Butter

    Salt

    Paella:

    Chicken Broth

    1 Onion

    2 Cloves of Garlic

    Chicken Breasts

    Mixed vegetables

    1 Can Tomatoes, whole or crushed
    Pasta, to taste

    Bruschetta:

    Bread, sliced
    Garlic clove
    Salt
    Tomatoes sliced
    Extra virgin olive oil
