Grilled Lamb Chops

Ingredients:

  • 2 Lamb Chops
  • 1/8 cup of Olive Oil
  • Pinch of Salt
  • One Lemon
  • Oregano
  • 1 Clove of Garlic, minced
  • Rosemary

Put the lamb chops in a zip lock or deep dish.  Squeeze the lemon into the zip lock or dish.  Add the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, oregano and rosemary.  Marinade for at least 1 hour.  Cook on the grill to taste.

Two Zucchine
Half an Onion
Garlic to taste
Red Peppr to taste
Quarter of a cup of Olive Oil
Two Tomatoes
Mozzarella small balls, however much you want
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Sauted Pork:

Pork Loin, unflavored
Flour
Cooking oil (I use Canola oil)
Lemon
Salt

Broccoli:

Broccoli’s
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil
1 clove of garlic

Pita Pizza:

Pita Bread
Tomatoe sauce or pizza sauce
Shreaded mozzarella
Oregano
Olive Oil
Salt
Anything you like on your pizza

Hummus:

Chickpeas
Tahini
Lemon
Galric
Olive Oil
Anything you’d like to add like rosted red Peppers

Pasta with Tomato Sauce and Bruschetta

Tomato Sauce:

1/4 Onion
1 Clove or more of garlic, minced
1 Can Tomatoes, whole or crushed
Pasta, to taste
Olive Oil

Bruschetta:

Bread, sliced
Garlic clove
Salt
Tomatoes sliced
Extra virgin olive oil
