Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients
1 C. All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Honey
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 C. Light Brown Sugar
1-1/2 C. Oats
1/2 C. Vegetable Oil
1/4 C. Applesauce
1 Egg (beaten)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp Water
5 Tbsp Milk
Optional Ingredients:
1/2 C. Dried Cranberries
1/2 C. Chocolate Chips
1/4 C. Nuts
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder salt, cinnamon, sugar and oats.
Add to the dry mixure, the oil, egg, water, milk, honey, vanilla and the optional ingredients you desire.
Stir until all ingredients are incorporated and moist.
On an cookie sheet covered with parchment paper, drop tablespoon sized mounds of dough onto the cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart.
Bake in the oven for 13-15 minutes or until done.
Remove from cookie sheet at once.

CROTTA Cabernet Sauvignon
This 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon has a nice robust flavor. The wine is actually fairly inexpensive, but the bouquet is great and the taste is really nice. It’s a great everyday wine for meals or on its own. It is 13.8% alcohol, so it does have a good amount of alcohol, but not so much to overwhelm it.
