I think I will try it with fresh ground pepper too.

Yeah, my wife really likes it with pepper. You can also try it with paprika.

I need a good receipe for grilling salmon. Any suggestions?

    4. admin says:

Get a ziplock. Put the salmon fillet in it with a tablespoon of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of rice vinegar and one clove of garlic minced. Let it marinade for 30 minutes. Grill it.

Let me know if you like it.

This one I need to try…looks tastey. I’d be interested in how you would do a homemade white sauce with garlic. Also shrimp scampi. After trying the Bertolli Shrimp Scampi in a garlic white sauce I attempted to make my own. I used a Savingon Blanc in the sauce as well as boiled sliced garlic. I also learned how to do do your broiled peppers. Added them to the sauce as well. How about a Marsala sauce too (for things like chicken marsala)? L8r, dude…
